Why we do what we do

accessHRplus was established by two people passionate about enhancing the performance of small and medium sized employers (SMEs) through human resource solutions. 

Our mission is simple; to provide employers with easy access to sound, reliable HR and employment relations advice, support and solutions.

We focus on SMEs because this is where we can add most value by providing solutions that:

• resolve employment relations problems
  
• minimise employment risks
  
• optimise employment relationships
  

However we also support larger organisations which require extra HR capability or specific expertise in the short term, or for project work.

What we do

• Crises management advisory help through our helpline
• outsourcing solutions in human resource and employment relations  
  
• consulting in many areas of HR including change management, employment relations, staff selection, policy, systems, HRIS selection and implementation.   
• alternative dispute resolution services such as mediation and negotiation
