The consultant was enormously helpful in guiding me through review and restructuring processes which were complex and difficult for all concerned. I had a bullying issue between senior members of staff. The consultant supported me by discussing the issues and different ways we could address them; we finally agreed on independent mediation sessions.
The issues were thoroughly identified, as were the possible means of working through the issues and the impact on colleagues.
