accessHRplus, its owners, directors, consultants and employees, shall at all times respect the confidentiality of their clients and any information provided to them by their clients.  This means that all client information shall be deemed to be private and confidential unless a written statement to the contrary is received from the client or an authorised agent of the client.  accessHRplus shall only use information provided by a client for business purposes and shall not, during or after the termination of any client relationship, directly or indirectly divulge to any person any knowledge or information acquired from the client except where that knowledge or information has come into the public domain.  Notwithstanding this the consultant shall comply with any lawful request for information by persons legally entitled to that information.

In addition, information gathered and retained by accessHRplus about any user of this website, such as email addresses or telephone numbers provided by subscribers, will only be used for the purpose for which it has been gathered and will be treated as confidential by accessHRplus.

Upon the request of a user of this website, information gathered by accessHRplus about that user will be deleted provided that it has no further legitimate business use for accessHRplus, or that it is not illegal for accessHRplus to delete that record.
