This website is intended for the use of accessHRplus owners, directors, staff, contractors and clients, and other organisations seeking information about, or wishing to communicate with,  accessHRplus.  No user shall use this website for any other purpose and on no account use this website for illegal purposes (in accordance with New Zealand law).   Any user who does not agree with this condition is not permitted to use this website, and must leave it immediately.

Guarantee

 

All work carried out by accessHRplus will be of a high professional standard.  The goal of accessHRplus is that each client will enjoy working with the firm's consultant/s and be delighted by the outcomes. 

A client who is dissatisfied with any work conducted by accessHRplus should complain in writing to a director of the firm.  Where such a complaint is received by a director s/he will liaise with the client with a view to correcting the problem to the client's satisfaction.  Where that can't be achieved the client will be refunded accordingly.


Office Hours


accessHRplus office hours are from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays and the period between Christmas and New Year.  However these hours are not restrictive and accessHRplus consultants will willingly work outside of these times in order to meet commitments agreed with clients.          

 

Engagement Conditions


Representatives of accessHRplus are required to act in good faith at all times, and accessHRplus expects its clients to also act in good faith.

A client who engages any contractor through accessHRplus, or who engages any accessHRplus chargeable service, may be asked to sign a contract with accessHRplus and both parties will abide by the terms and conditions of that contract.  Notwithstanding this, the contract may be varied by agreement of its parties. 


accessHRplus is entitled to charge any client for work undertaken or service provided, and the client is obliged to pay that charge in full and within the time specified.  Where the client wishes to query or challenge any charge or part thereof, the client must notify accessHRplus within fourteen days of the date of issue of the invoice.  accessHRplus undertakes to attempt to resolve the issue with the client as promptly as possible, but where agreement between accessHRplus and the client can't be reached the client is obliged to pay the invoice in full and on time. 


Any dispute between accessHRplus and a client that can not be resolved by the parties themselves will be taken to mediation in the first instance, and both parties will genuinely endeavour to resolve it through this means.

accessHRplus will not be liable for any act or omission in the performance of its obligations by its owners, directors, consultants or employees unless the act or omission is fraudulent, dishonest or grossly negligent.
