Silver (advisory level)
Our silver service provides the client with customised templates for most standard HR activities and includes a full advisory service. It consists of:

Written recruitment and selection system/s and policy

New employee process including template employment agreements letters of appointment and an induction process

Written performance management system/s, forms and policy
-
Written remuneration structure/s and policy
-
Advice on the above and all human resources and employment relations matters
The systems, structures and policies will be introduced over a six month period from the date upon which the service level contract is signed with the client, and will be reviewed annually with the client.
Other services, solutions and direct support are available to silver service clients at a discounted rate.
Gold (management level)
Our gold service provides the client with customised templates for most standard HR activities plus a personalised HR manager to provide direct advice and support. It consists of:

Regular reporting to the client, including meetings, as agreed

A fully supported employment relations service
-
A fully supported recruitment and selection process
-
A fully supported new employee process including handling all the employment agreements, letters of appointment and related documentation and management of an appropriate induction process

A fully supported performance management system and policy
-
A fully supported remuneration structure and policy
-
Support and advice on any other HR matters
The systems, structures and policies will be introduced over a six month period from the date upon which the service level contract is signed with the client.
Other services and solutions are available to gold service clients at a discounted rate.
Platinum (directorial level)
Our platinum service provides the client with customised templates for all HR activities offered by accessHRplus, a personalised HR manager to provide direct advice and support, plus a HR strategic plan. It consists of:

Regular reporting to the client, including meetings, as required

An HR strategic planning and implementation process, reviewed annually

Full employment relations advice and support, including managing disciplinary processes and representing clients in mediation and the Employment Relations Authority if necessary

A fully supported recruitment and selection process
-
A fully supported new employee process including handling all the employment agreements, letters of appointment and related documentation and management of an appropriate induction process

A fully supported performance management system and policy
-
A fully supported remuneration structure and policy
-
A communication and employment engagement plan, including implementation time lines and processes

As required, dispute resolution and investigations
-
As required, human resources and employment relations training for those who lead others
-
As required, team facilitation

Advice and support for all other HR initiatives
The systems, structures and policies will be introduced over a six month period from the date upon which the service level contract is signed with the client.
The platinum service is fully inclusive; no services provided by accessHRplus attract further charges. Services provided by other providers through accessHRplus are charged on at the rate charged to accessHRplus.
